ARIA—The hypothesis in Gregorio’s paragraph ‘a’ on the MoA of Iclusig’s SAEs is not unreasonable, IMHO.
Regarding paragraph ‘e’, I’m not as willing as Gregorio to say that antithrombotic (i.e. antiplatelet) drugs won’t do any good at all. They probably won’t solve the whole problem, but there may be room for them to play a role.
