Well, that's the flip side. The paperwork for bankruptcy is actually pending and has been for years from what I gather. It seems that he keeps it pending to squelch possible huge lawsuits and then gets plaintiff's to back down so that their only option is to settle for less or dismiss it completely. What a guy!
