UTRM Merger with another company - i re-read the news release doesn't sound like a spin-off with a new company. I think element will be a seperate public entity and UTRM will be a 2nd public company with a new merged business. Either way they have to execute their business plans, and a new 2nd company can only be upside for shareholders.
UTRM issues a special dividend - I also see mention of a matching dividend to shareholders of UTRM on a specific record date. I think this will have a negative impact on those that try to short this stock. ( they may have to cover their shares and buy stock) Is anyone familiar with this short situation, and how it will help us shareholders. This looks like a stock dividend not a cash dividend as i see someone posted wrongly here. Please feel free to comment.
