it has looked like it has wanted to break out several times in the last month or two.

2013 should be their best year ever for top and bottom line and we finally saw equipment side start to take off the last three quarters. hopefully that trend is continuing in the 4Q.

long term, the equipment side/EECP will drive this company/stock price forward.
