This CEO is a complete dipshit. Not a single PR since last February. Not even a shareholder update. Now raise the A/S while the PPS is at a 52-week low. Simply brilliant!!!!

All they did was increase the A/S, that doesn't mean they are planning on diluting down here at all. They were maxed out already and had no choice to increase it really.
