This news may make you feel better, two investors put in US$ 1.5M. each, cash, in December 2010 and we issue shares to them at

a 30% discount, but today, worth nothing, I do feel pity and sorry to both of them very very much.

Thomas, that is not news, that is just a sad continuing saga of another story of incompetence of UCHC.

I am sorry to be so blunt, but this is where we stand.....an honest, always reporting on time company that has not been able to make distribution deals.
