I don't think insiders all that concerned with climbing expenses, in fact "expenses" is what insiders take home, why exactly keep them under control? let's say status-quo continues while stock price stays in .10-.20 range for the next 2 years, what insiders have to lose? absolutely nothing, they will still get well paid by selling more shares to Crede or someone else and still will continue getting gazillion stock options at low enough adjusted prices to make good profit after selling those options on open market..the only folks who lose in this game are those who jump on this stock during PR promos and buying the stock at elevated prices, those are the folks who are footing the bill for everybody else: Crede, Dr.H, members of BOD, other insiders and some smarter traders
