No problem,
Clark will tweet that the IPoint deal is back on and it'll go to 11 again.
Then he'll decide not to go into partnership with himself and it'll drop down to 4 again.
And then the financials will have to be restated
again
(how long does it take to restate anyway?)

This whole trifecta thingy is starting to smell bad.
Follow the money.....is the debt rising ?
How's the revenue ?
