Many have the same question, Beth, but I am sure a) those who claim they get information from folks other than Les won't say who, and b) those who claim they get information from folks other than Les may be lying.
During the 18 years I lived near the beach in Southern California, I was aware that they filmed BAYWATCH at the beach in Santa Monica, or so I was told.
There is another phenomenon which we could call TIDEWATCH. At places like the Bay of Fundi, electric power generators churn daily as the powerful tides flow in and out with predictable regularity.
I think there is a similar phenomenon with MDMN. During the 14 years I have been invested in this stock, the tide goes in and out with great regularity. Someone, it seems, is generating plenty of income from this regular flux of news/investor sentiment.

Totally agreed. With regard to Krak's question on whether or not MDMN announced that we had a JV in the works, please read the tone and tenor of the announcements made regarding purchasing all of JJ's interest in MMC and MDMN as a prerquisite for discussions and ultimately reaching an agreement with a "partner".

By implications of the BOD announcements as to the reason why Tenney and friends decided to purchase JJ's shares in both entities is suffient for me to infer that the BOD had a fish on the line.

Perhaps it was a bit of naivte on my part to come to that conclusion, after all the failed deals. But well meaning men and women of good faith do not repeatedly make statements to mislead or take action to keep shareholders at bay for another year or two while they, the BOD, are still negotiating, signing contracts, notarizing, issuing shares, unloading shares, putting out fluff or staying silent.

George did post yesterday that the info does not come just from les but also from bod. To my mind that means greg and tenney. I imagine that some of the annointed ones have greg's cell phone number, so it is possible.
