Because nobody knows anything. Again and again most large institutions play downside because either short and paid or only want small consumers to peddle around in Johnson & Johnson when it comes to pharmaceuticals. Anyone coming out with a 3 means they have no clue or didn't read updates. If this stock wasn't over 20 this year then I would say no way but being it's at least worth 50% of 52 week high IMO just on speculation by its self. She will get to 12 once mutual funds do evaluation after holidays citing below value.
