WOW, SKTO made the announcement of a name/CUSIP change on 06/20/2013 - that was only 6 short months ago and nothing has been done.

It is a very simple procedure - nothing special to do - but they have issued several press releases in the past about dividends, mergers, name/CUSIP changes and none have come to fruition - just more BS for pumping purposes only.
