6% beats the heck out of bonds and CDs now. I wouldn't be surprised to see a short-term sell off at the first of the year. I figure many are sitting on lots of cap gains now from the stock market. Investors would like to lock some of those in but don't want to have to pay taxes on them this year. So, they're waiting till the new year to sell. We'll see.
