Think of it this way... If there is massive selling due to "a number of things that make a stock tank in the OTC" and the RSI screams oversold as you would say. That does not mean diddly and surely does not mean buying should be happening because the price is going to go up.
When the company (GLER in this case) continuously issues shares, then tosses in a few R/Ss, and then prints more & more shares.... There is never an oversold condition.
Oversold = constant dilution every time in pinkyland
