Skyline: that's just it no news for 90days...only announcements of the EU bills being passed. No news about the sales team in Europe and what they are doing. Speculation is one thing but it's different from hope which seems to be fading away.
Also, it's easy to paint a picture for quick second. The gain didn't sustain, and now CERP is sitting below the opening price...
