I don't think he had a say and he saw what was coming mid 2011 after the r/s wiped him and most others out (Blech/Chassman main funding source).

He had it pretty good making big bucks and having patent rights down the road if ever they were approved.I question why he or other officers did not buy the common way back.

He can't defend himself so I want say much but for a founder,CEO to only own 90,000 shares and is singing a song about a few hell bend on bringing the pps down but ask all to make the big news events count tells me he was nothing but a mirage,painted picture or puppet on a string with his henchman and we still have several issues that we shall never agree on and I will never forget and that all imho.
