It's a paradox for the Market.

End of year sell off vs loading up for Company News,
which according to my conversation with Mr. Rampertab,
is to hit " end of year, beginning of next ".

The way he said it, it will be into the New Year.

And that was in regards to IPCI's Rexista update.

I am looking for under anything under $3 as well.
