Think about what you just said and then ask yourself who sold them the shares to begin with... Yes it still comes back to webers fault....if he had quit diluting when he said he was knight wouldn't be involved, share price would be a lot higher, o/s would be a lot lower and weber wouldn't have to keep increasing the a/s

The middle man here is JSJ Investments, a toxic financier who BW has climbed in bed with and to whom he is continually issuing highly discounted (50% or more of market price)shares. Companies like that don't hold onto those shares, they immediately turn around and dump them on the common shareholders to lock in their profits. This is a no-win situation for anyone other than BW and JSJ.

That is an utterly nonsensical statement. The PROBLEM is with the origination, and that rests squarely on the shoulders of Weber and BBDA. Blowing up the share structure and PPS is not the fault of ANY MM -- it's the fault of the pinky CEO's who kick the can down the road by taking cash today for hugely discounted shares tomorrow.

When shareholders start blaming MM's for the company's troubles, the company has officially reached POS land. That's right in there with dilution is good for the company who needs to finance itself -- even tho we have record revenues and "cash flow" of hundreds of thousands of dollars per quarter.

"some where in the middle there is a man who can hold the shares and do what he wants with them.. "

And that is dependent on the funding strategy and agreement Brian enters into with the middleman. It is clear that Brian does not have Shareholder Equity as a priority when it comes to funding BBDA. A good CEO can maintain a balance between his funding requirements and shareholder equity

Know why BW can't sell shares directly? Because he wants to avoid the SEC at all costs by not registering them. Hmmmm

Utter nonsense. The middle man is the toxic financiers that dump their discounted shares at any price through market makers like Knight Capital (not Knight Industry). The only ones that drain the life out of stock are the ones issuing stock at any price and having a failing business model (or no model at all) that's only there to support selling stock!
