Read the board and dug a bit...the contrarian got the better of caution this morning and I joined ARR owners at 3.81 for a chunk to hold long term.

Porgie, did you notice the 10 year treasury reached 3.00% yesterday before closing at 2.99? Rates are creeping upward.

I've often wondered too how Buffett would do. No one would be impressed with his 20% growth record.(compound interest math is hard!)

Buffett MIGHT get some attention if he posted a picture of himself with octogenarian hotties and 1) several really nice Harleys; 2) a gigantic bass boat. Gotta appeal to IHUBers on a primal level.

Getting REALLY rich... in 15 years doesn't do it!
