bulldzr, are you sure your facts are straight? For example, do you know that people did not sign up for e-mail, then wished to opt out, rather than someone gathering up e-mail addresses?

As you might know, each board allows people to opt in for e-mail...it is their choice.

Bulldozer, this has been discussed in depth. It has nothing to do with iHub.

It was created from the list JimLur made on his personal computer. He made a small error and put everybody in the CC field instead of the BCC field. He sent it out and Once was on the list.

Once proceeded to take the list and make his own from the e-mails he harvested from it.

This is out of my control and has nothing to do with iHub.

In my opinion, this is absolutely poor taste in every respect on Once's behalf. If it would have had something to do with iHub, I'd put him under our Jail.
