Why didn't JBI just make a shitload of $10/bbl oil like Bordynuik told investors he could, and prove to the world that this claim wasn't just a scam for defrauding investors?
What's the point of claiming that other parties "endorsed" Bordynuik's claim, if Bordynuik never delivered on his claim, and the company has imploded as a consequence?
It's not as if some endorsement is going to change the fact that Bordynuik had never been able to produce a single bbl of oil for $10.
