And there ya have it...R&T Sports Marketing sueing David Foley, Nanotech Entertainment Inc, and Stalt Inc. (NTEK's Transfer Agent)

Hmmmm, that's odd, no mention of any pending Legal Proceedings in any NTEK filings since R&T filed suit against Foley, NTEK and Stalt on 02/05/2013...

Those R&T Sports Marketing shares were eliminated in August as part of the Share Reduction program

Someone should tell R&T about that then, i'm thinking they are unaware their shares were cancelled :-) Pretty sure there is a lawsuit about that or something similar out there filed in Feb?
