first of O/S is outstanding shares. that is how many shares are actually on the market. as of the last quarterly there were less than 10 billion. which is half of the A/S. as to whether the TA has been gagged, NO ONE here knows. How would we if it were gagged? so please do your own research. I am happy to help you with anything i can, but i am resricted to one post a day here because i state the truth. I wont suger coat it, nor blow it up to something its not. this stock is a retirement stock for me because i believe it will hit .001 this next year. at that point i can retire comfortably. as to others, well they may not be able to untill it hits .01, or higher. which i believe it may within 5 years. jmo though. take it for what its worth
