Hey John, you are exactly right. Also never has a RS been announced, from any stock. You only hear about it after its been done. SG worries me a little cause he wants out of the pinks by the end of January, and we only have 3 options to do that.

1. The PPS runs up to allow it.

2. SG does a buyback or a suitable structuring of shares.

3. Yep, you guessed it. RS

Personally I favor 1 and 2, however at the rate this stock is presenting itself to stock buyers and the public, I can easily see how the pps can run. But that requires at least # 2.

While we're not giving specific revenue guidance for Q1 at this point, I can say this, our Q1 revenue level will beat what we did for the entire year in 2013 and we will be profitable."

Looking like we could over a million to 3 million just for the 1st quarter which just started December 1st.
