#1435 RE: likwit #1432

Here are the answers to your questions....

side question 1) I don't know exactly how much revenue came from Storage 24, I think it was a few million dollars, and I think they sold Storage 24 which is where they had they had the $3M in revenue on the balance sheet.

side question 2) Yellow has not come out in theatres yet and it is listed as an ASSET on the balance sheet, not a liability.

3)According to the 10K from dec 31 2012, these are the shareholders, not Kumaran he owns none??"

Kumaran got his shares AFTER Dec 31 12', that is why it is not in the 2012 year end report. He got his shares in 2013 are they are in that fiing. And I believe he most certainly owns them, he did not give them away.

4)Who are the people below and where did their shares come from?

Those are founders and employees, and probably parties that funded the buying of the old shell(fairway properties)
also...
Dinesh Panicker, here is his IMDB page, big time Indian movie guy, ...
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm3480406/

5) Kumuran has more then half of all those shares because he gave the rights to the two movies to Medient Studios. That is where the assets on the balance sheet from. Kumuran sold the rights to both for $13 million. It costs $14M for Yellow and Storage 24 brought in $3M plus, so it's not like it was a bad deal.
I see no form 4 filings indicated that they sold, so it appears they still have their shares. Let's pretend that all the selling was them the last couple weeks, mostly at 05 and below. Why would they sell their shares at .02-.05 when they could have sold them at $1 and $2 dollars? That doesn't make sense so it appears they are holding and banking on success. Even if they did somehow sell them, that doesn't change the outstanding count because they are already out there and we have a balance sheet to back up the company, one that is multiple times the current stock value.
