Nonsense. Anybody familiar with the workings of, and the patterns associated with, technology-related penny stock scams and the minds of the sociopaths who run such companies will recognize JBII as a scam almost instantly.
That's why so many well-informed folk with excellent track records of outing such rackets believe that JBII is in a fact a criminal conspiracy to defraud the investing public.
(And the fact that the SEC confirmed that the company and the then-CEO told deliberate lies to deceive their marks does rather tend to reinforce that fact.)
