as its business has been directed or administered from British Columbia since
January 5, 2012.

GESI has failed to file any of the records
required under the Act and regulations as an
OTC reporting issuer (t
he required records).

Under section 164(1) of the Act, the Executiv
e Director orders that all persons cease
trading in GESI’s securities until:
1. GESI files the required records completed
in accordance with the Act and regulations;
and
2. the Executive Director revokes this order
