No other company or Government with sound mind would allow Treaty to do any exploration work. Remember the FAKE oil strike???

And besides, they do not have the wherewithal or expertise. Treaty takes 10 months or more to drill a shallow well after throwing a dart at a map...

Two issues that you might like to think about:

(1) I don't see $2 million of equipment here (IMO)

(2) Do Treaty own the equipment they have here in any case?
