Any shares bought back could be instantly converted by YA so the net gain would be zero.
True. Even people who have stated how fed up they are with this company have written that they would buy back in, or more, if insiders invested (had some skin in the game)
It isn't even how much they would buy that would have an impact. The big statement now is that everyone knows NEOM insiders don't own stock & that says a lot.
