It doesn't seem that far out of line to me, probably somewhat high. Per their 3rd qtr financials, their products are running 80% gross profit margin ($14.5 gross profit on $18k sales). Using my work as an example, we use 40% of sales as operating expense. That leaves 40% net profit.

So call it $7.5 mil sales, rather than 6.

What am I missing?
