You are wronggggg!!!!! This stock is about to pop wait and see, and have you forgotten that China's government is pumping 16.5 billion dollars into the 4G LTE market, for which starts the beginning of Jan. 2014. Everyone seems to understand this fact but you, if you invested in Velatel, money time is all I can say. In addition, if one research the charts it is easy to see what is going on volume is over 125 million.
