And Woody, something you may not know based upon your recent discovery of Daybreak, is that there was no dilution for the last 3 or so years while JW searched for the right deal to enable them to start building out the Kern lease. What he did do was forgo his salary for all of those years, obtained a line of credit based upon his personal guarantee, and loaned the company his own money. He once told me he would never do anything to hurt the current shareholders. His personal commitment as well as his history with Houston Exploration is one of the things that convinced me to buy big when things looked bleak.
That's the best time to buy. Find a small company with a great leader that is temporarily going through hard times. Many people decide they don't wait to wait and bail out. This one did take a little longer than I originally planned on, but I am up over 400% in just under 5 years and I'll take that return any time.
