You keep saying dilution yet can not provide a form where Eddie and Clark have filed to sell their shares. Back up what you say with proof. WHERE IS THE FILING POSTED ON THE OTC THAT SAYS THEY ARE SELING. The problem is you have no proof just your opinion they are selling.
It is a fact shares were given to certain people for compensation. But those shares are all restricted and can not be sold for one year. That is why the O/S were increased. Those people are all saying ok we believe in the future of the company and they believe the share price will be higher. I'm sure they know why more about the company than you do.
