Has this transferred already occurred? We need to see the signed contract before stating this as "fact". You can write up a contract to sell your house but it is no good until you close on the deal. Also why are you concern when you don't own any shares? Or maybe you are not concern but happy about the sale of assets. Help us out here and I will feel much better if I just knew why you are on this board.
