Let us assume for the sake of argument that all the information being released by the company is true.

First, there is a change in management. The new management makes it public that it is taking a trip to China that coincides with the Canton Trade Fair, which is basically a medium to attract foreign businesses to present their wares. This is where everybody goes. However, when Mr. Nixon falls ill, the trip to China is cancelled. So, I guess the company wasn't presenting at the fair. Then why was the company sending a team? A few private conversation? The whole thing is an absurdity. Do you even think for a moment that anyone is going to consider the product when one is not even going to present it at a fair? Those people there could care less that Mr. Nixon is the younger brother of an ex-POTUS. It is crazy to even announce a trip that solely depends on the health of a feeble octogenarian. It is just madness. It is better to do nothing that to show such level of ineptitude.

Why was ESFS going to China? It appears to be nothing more than a marketing play that went completely awry, to say the least. There are hundreds of shows in the USA where ESFS can present its product. Why not do those shows. There are construction shows everywhere that for a few hundred dollars one can set-up a table for a long weekend. Why is the home product not being pushed? Bigger shows for the restaurant industry can be attended for a few thousand dollars. And companies like Sysco have their own shows.

But nothing of this nature has been done.

On the other hand, this company used to report audited financials on a regular basis. What happened? Not only is the company not reporting audited financials; it is not releasing financials at all. If a company that is non-reporting stays non-reporting, that doesn't throw a red flag. But this company is going backwards, and the old management was, at best, depending on a Hail Mary pass to get the ball rolling. And when that failed, the old management took over again. This looks like a complete act of despair by people who are more than willing to deceive to stop from being exposed.
