You all know, BBDA had to RS when he first took over but If he does another, that would be wrong. I don't believe another RS will ever come. He can't up-list without audit. YES! I agree, a kinda RS will happen when up-list but but but, this might suck if PPs at this level when/if up-list, I don't see up-list for 2 years or more.
