Coat per barrel....my guess
Plastic at .03 per lb + htf at 1.00 per gal
3000 lbs ....75% plastic and 25% htf = total cost of 161.25 or 22.58 per barrel using a 10:1 throughput ratio. If htf was half the cost then the cost per barrel would be $16
Hmmmm who might want a processor.....oil recycling companies?.....Governments?.......waste management companies?
.....dozen more that I don't have time to think about.
BTW the whole blown disc conversation is a total waste of time!
