No inside information is happening. Some of this talk comes from some guy on the yahoo board. But it is not inside information. If you see a sign going up in a parking lot before the company made an official PR say they are moving then it is not inside information. No the SEC not going to put you in jail because you told others about see a sign or business card before the company has prepared a official press release.
