Maybe if Clark can MERGE this Company with another that actually MAKES money you could be right. AGAIN...Sirius and XM were BOTH nearly BK and that was the reason for the merger. Wonder WHY their share price was so low---DUH,on the verge of going BANKRUPT. The merger had to be approved and it was. Without it BOTH would be history today and share holders would have lost it all.
