Just saw the email today on the restricted stock offering.....not happy with it as shares are still restricted from long ago.
What I will WARN Lenny about is founders units were bought as a part of a program. The program has not been met with more than ample time to get the program up and running.
What does this mean??
Anyone can return these founders units, dispute the charges based on the company not fulfilling their part of the program....Lenny is about to have ten full units returned to him if he doesn't step up to the plate.....and fast.....REALLY FAST.
Enough time has been granted by founders.....period.
