Nascow you aren't the Judge making the final ruling on the case. So until the docket is updated with that final ruling no one on here can really say for sure. However CIRC 6 PB& CO ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO 2 DisMissed cases by 2different Judges in 2 different states.


Let's watch what may happen to PB in court
