Laurel- what if XUII added a company with over 20mil in revenues last year??

XUII filing clearly state that hey have acquired NITH, LLC, which holds a communications company with revenues of $20 mil. Please take a closer look at what INVA is made up of...

Please note that INVA has several subsidiaries, Trakkers, Right Tag, Shopinova and Desert Communications. Several have customers outside the United States. We are working on sourcing to find which of these myriad companies has an office or temp office location in China, India etc.

We have been able to find that the technology used to create the recent Shopinova website, which would NEED the patent technology just acquired by XUII- Does in fact, have staff who worked from India --to create the Beta tested Google andriod/ apple software apps themselves for INVA/ Shopinova.
We are in the process of seeing if they secured a factory in China or offices - to release products such as tablets, the mobile apps created and RFID platforms.

MUST READ:
The technology protected by this Imerjn patent portfolio can be practically applied to almost every signaling scheme available today. These schemes may include RF signaling (cellular signals, NFC RF signals, Bluetooth signals, RFID tag scanning); visual sensing (e.g.bar-code scanning and infrared signaling) and magnetic sensing (e.g. magnetic strips and smartcards).

One of the potential applications of this technology is the developing "Internet of Things" where it is expected that every object will become identifiable and capable of communicating information. Governance, standardization and interoperability, however, have to be taken into account to visualize such a system and this patented technology can be of great utility in solving these issues.

The Company plans to attempt to license the technology to participants in the mobile transaction industry. In the event that these participants choose not to license our technology and we have reason to believe that they are infringing on our patent we will consider litigation on a case by case basis.

Potential licensees include: Microsoft, Apple, IBM, LG, Nokia, Wells Fargo, Huawei, Verizon, HTC, T-Mobile, Motorola, NEC, JP Morgan Chase, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, British Telecommunication, Toshiba, Sprint, Walmart, AT&T, MasterCard, American Express, Google, Intel, PayPal, Texas Instruments, Visa, Qualcomm
.

The patented technology will be useful in applications that use Near Field Communication (NFC) such as social networking via file sharing, mobile gaming or electronic money transfer. NFC also supports ecommerce with enhanced transaction speed and accuracy. Juniper research predicts that 1 in 5 smartphones worldwide will be NFC enabled by 2014 and that global NFC retail transaction values are expected to reach $110 billion in 2017.

Please research INVA/Shopinova and the RFID technology of Trakkers and Right Tag. Perhaps XUII decided against just the purchase of Trakkers and instead, they ingeniously developed a MERGER between XUII and INVA to create a powerful new company that now has myriad products and significant revenues to which it can NOW continue to pursue its collaborative business goals. Again, why else would Adam Radly be the CEO of Imerjn? He was the CEO of Trakkers only. Frigone was the CEO of XUII and only stepped down if an agreement or sale of Trakkers/ or a merger was validated and actually approved.

All the best
