Well the story at the Fraser will be documented it seems by a historian, it'll get settled eventually. Mining in early 2014 would seem realistic.

malc: . . the B C Canadians appear to be on top of the native heritage rights much better than the USA government. Our record was one of selfish land-exploitation with very little concern for native values and needs.
However, these continual Fraser River delays often end up just being ploys for extracting legal concessions to begin mining the Fraser Placer claim. . . JOHO

Malc: i have tried to understand you message, but can't make out what you mean. Maybe you could edit or clarify yourself. Are you saying: "It is a seem [seemingly?] less than neverending story" or: "It is a seamless, neverending story at Fraser"?
