"it's been over two years and he has not hired one sales or marketing person"...

the contract was signed in aug of 2012... so, it has NOT been over 2 years...

they produced, distributed, advertised and started selling the product within 12 mths... that is a fact per sec documents...

and ...."the formulator developed the products..." ... ummm, wrong.... chiquita is responsible for these products and the ingredients, read the contract... it's in there....

and per the recent press releases... they HAVE hired other companies for marketing...

so, if you don't like the guy because he fired your buddy... that's a completely different thing... and u are allowed to give your negative opinion... but to not give the correct facts... is dishing out misinformation
