My guess is that you og too far regarding bad faith througout the process. My guess is that they are cowards and in the end did not have the courage to follow up when they felt some doubt.
So Melehuna who is to blame for that poor management decision, is it Solomon, Sandberg or simply both for not recognizing that Penser would act in the company's interest. Might be interesting to get Solomon's perspective. I also think Penser should return the fee. Finally I would ask you to ask Solomon on what basis does he feel extremely positive that this time we will uplist on the Nasdaq.
And the biggest issue of all, it was initiated by our dear BID member mr Sandberg. Even he have to realize that when he is out of his comfort zone, oil, he is nothing to anyone!!
