The packer was never the issue. That was nothing but a delaying tactic by Treaty. Folks that did work for treaty in Belize say they have not been paid... No surprise there. That's Treay's MO...

Treaty still has not made public the FACT that they are plugging and abandoning the 3 wells in Belize.

Shareholders should be livid with Treaty for stringing them along for month after month and keeping the Truth of operation from them...
