But those joes won't have a "possible settlement" large enough to make them known ;-). Bottom line PB IMO will not get out of this untouched. I think outside the box if PB keeps its name that could mean more access to more places with a renamed energy drink the blend belongs to CIRC and they have no problem manufacturing a drink. Rename the drink and start over. PB is at best a novelty isn't that how you put it awhile back. ;-)

A few days later they withdrew it. Why is that?? Also did you notice only PlayBev was the only defendant listed for reinstate?
