NEP gives the impression that they publish these yearbooks, they do not. What exactly they do, if anything concerning the yearbook pictures they show on their website is unclear. Sound familiar?

Some of you are stating that NEP doesn't run ads in the following publications is that true? No one said ...they publish the yearbooks!!
