Not good but not the end of HJOE. See HJOE you can announce all the massive deals you have, but until you file with the SEC investors have no faith in the company. Sure it's a risk to invest in penny stocks, but it's more of a risk when the company continues to be late filing SEC reports. Filing these reports on time is important. I for one am encourage by the latest news, however, I'm not buying more stock until SEC reports and Forms are filed. Good luck everyone and have a Merry Christmas.
