Nope. The answer is simple. No company can do anything major overnight. They dumped Roxy, leading to a nice 20 bagger. The resistance at 02 was seen by all those who wanted to see it. That was the sell. The support (005) was seen by all those who wanted to see it. That was the buy. Meanwhile, That gave the new CEO the time he needed.

You see pump and dump, I see the natural progression of the new company and market. Oh, I also see DOLLARS BABY!!!!!!!

Play the pump and dump here. It's the only way to go. When the free share guys are buying to get some interest going, you want to be selling, and selling hard.
Can't compete with sellers who have an infinite gain no matter what their sale price is. But you can take advantage of their need to drive the price up from time to time to bring in buyers.
