Their filing helps to end speculation on a lot of things.
1. This stock isn't headed to the gray list any time soon.
2. They obviously found a new compliant Accountant
On another note:
There is nothing.. NOTHING (wow- I can talk in all caps too.. It's fun) that shows any investigation being conducted by Schwaub, the ninja turtles, the sec, NCIS, law and order, sanford and sun, or the gang from saved by the bell or scooby doo. Their previous accountant had been under investigation, but at no point in the filing did it ever mention ENTB's name. There is no proof that can be provided to show that ENTB is under investigation by the SEC. If anyone can show otherwise- I challenge you to prove it to us all.
Look at the history of runs for this stock. Everything indicates that it is gearing up for another move. A few months ago this stock ran to .0011 with no news.. Imagine what increased volume and solid news is going to do to this stock.
